General Position Description: The position provides direct leadership for the Community Maintenance section.The Community Maintenance section provides a wide range of routine maintenance services, including light carpentry, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, and door/lock installation and repair.

The Director provides leadership and guidance for the daily operations and maintenance of the facilities.
This includes Building Maintenance, Grounds, Custodial, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Painting/Carpentry, along with managing the work order system and the scheduling of resources within maintenance operations.
